At Lesley Dobbie Optometrists, we understand it’s important for people to feel comfortable in their glasses, so we source a wide range of quality designer and non-designer frames. Our professionally trained staff can advise on frame suitability and styling as well as guaranteeing expert fitting.
Lesley is also an experienced childrens eyecare specialist, highly knowledgeable and skilled in her field. We offer a range of services and products for our younger patients, from fabulous frames to prescription sports goggles. In addition to traditional contact lenses, we are also delighted to offer the game changing Nocturnal lenses, where children* as young as ten can benefit from overnight vision correction.

Specialist services
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
OCT is a non-invasive diagnostic instrument used for imaging the retina and has the ability to detect problems in the eye prior to any symptoms being present in the patient.
Corneal Topography
The Medmont Corneal Topographer offers the practitioner extreme accuracy for the mapping of the shape of a patient’s cornea. As well as improving standard contact lens fit it also allows us to fit a greater range of lenses.
